In recent years, nonage students'body-hurt in school has become one of the hot issues that have aroused widespread social concern. Nonage Students' body-hurt continuing to happen, which will not only have a large impact on between the healthy growth of students and their families but also seriously affect the social harmony and stability. However, whether the legitimate rights and interests between the parties can be effectively protected depends on whether the imputation is appropriate.2010, the tort law is promulgated, its provisions provide for the handling of the case related to a clear legal basis, but there is a big controversy whether the nonage students' body-hurt cases apply to the fair application of the principle of liability. These disputes have a greater impact on between the judicial practice and the judicial justice, this paper take the case of sport-accident hurt of nonage students on campus as an example, and for personal injury compensation system on campus, to analyze the nonage students' body-hurt's system on campus, in order to analyze the problem about nonage students' body-hurt imputation and make a few suggestions and comments.In this paper, it is based on the case of a student accidental hurt on campus to discuss:Part Ⅰ:to introduce the basic facts of the case, including the basic facts of the case, the results of first and second instance trial, the trial of contention.Part Ⅱ:The theoretical and practical analysis of the dispute issues. First of all, define the concept of personal injury liability of nonage students on campus and its scopes; secondly, analyze the disputes of the legal relationship between the parties and put forward my point of view; thirdly, emphasize to analyze several ideas of the application of the principle of imputation in the trial between the law academics and practitioners and put forward my point of view; finally, present my views on the assessment of the case and why the main differences arise.Part III:the causes for the disputes in this case, face the problems of our current nonage students'injury imputation on campus, and make a few suggestions and comments.
