Development Of Detention House In Judicial Reform Of China

The problem of the detention house has become the central problem of the judicial reform, so public security organs should try to resolve many diseases in the detention house, improve the problem of system and infrastructure, and radically change the sticking point in the detention house at the present stage in China. The historical development process of the detention house is unidirectional. We have emphasized too much on prisoners'custody, transforming and even digging into crimes to cope with the function to punish crime, while the function of protecting human rights has not been demonstrated. This is closely related to the overall situation of the historical development of legal system construction in our country. In the historical condition at that time, the function, management system and specific system of the detention house is difficult to have the elements of the modern rule.Through the research of this paper, we can recognize more clearly that, in our country at present, the development and evolution of the judicial reform, and the seriousness of problems existing in detention house. According to the analysis of evolution examples in the detention house of Gansu province, we can explore a solution to the problem. Taking this as an example, we can further analysis the relevant jail problems at the present stage in China. It has a highly reference significance both to the jail problem and the judicial reform of our country in the future, and especially has a highly theoretical significance to the jail problem at the present stage.The innovation place of this paper mainly is that it takes the development of the detention house in China as a breaking-through point, deeply analyzes various jail problems happening in the process of judicial reform, and it takes the development of Gansu Province as an example, provides a more powerful proof of this argument.
