Criminal Policy From The Perspective Of The Crime Of Causing Traffic Casualties

With the development of our national economy, automobile increasingly into thousands of households, family car era has come. Since the car provides convenience to the people, it also brings traffic accident. Especially in recent years, drunk driving," racing" vicious traffic accident caused the traffic accident crime has caused social attention. Traffic accident crime is a typical negligent crime. Traffic accident circumstances and consequences are different in thousands of ways. Therefore it must be treated differently.
