Report Of Female Crimes In District A Of Guizhou Province

A district is located in a city of middle Guizhou Province,which is a typical less developed area.The area is rich in tourism,biological and geographical resources and is the world optimization crast tourism scenery area.It is also one of the key developed travel center in Guizhou Province.The city where this district is located in covers a total area of 9,264 square kilometers,and has a population of more than 2.3million among which the urban people accounts for 25.2%.A district is an area of 1,704.5 square kilometers,who has a population of more than 900,000.Comparing with the city,A district has a higher level of urbanization which has reached to 47.83%.According to the sixth national population census,the gender ratio has reduced to 107.34 from 109.43 since the fifth national population census.Historically,it seems that crime is always connected with males,and punishment is exclusive for men.Women normally will not be punished.However,with the constant progressing of society and mankind,a series of problems about women have become the topics,and the research on female crime has drawn concern and attention of the world scholars.Viewing on the reality and tradition of our country,we know that family is the cell of society and only women is the cornerstone of family.Women's identity and status indicate that female crimes will cause much special influences and harms to the society,including the following serial reactions.According to the general situation and backgrounds of female crimes in A district,the article analyzed the features of female crimes by visiting, selective examination and statistics.There are five features:firstly,the crimes have becoming active spontaneous,not passive dependent like they used to be. Secondly,the centralization of the categories of female crimes coexists with the trend of diversification.In the past,the female crimes mainly are theft,intentional hurt,robbery and such normal crimes.But now,female crimes are expanding to little-used ones.The third is the"three lows"of subject of female crimes,which indicate low culture level,low income and low comprehensive quality.This"three lows"have become a popular phenomenon now.Fourth,the age of female crimes is stable,which is among 30 to 50.The final feature is about the destructiveness that caused to society and families.Comparing with male crimes,female crimes will result in much profound influences to families.This article summarized some influences to female crimes caused by social and personal factors,including backward social economic development,too fast urbanization and traditional concept.It is social norm with low female crimes, so if there are more and more ones, we need to monitor and take prevention measures to inhibit them. In viewing of the above problems, this article made some prevention suggestions hoping to see big things through small ones and provide base for research on female crimes.
