Study On The Governance Of Food Security Based On Information Asymmetry

As food security is one of the most important things that attach the health of people and the stability of our country, recently china has established a serial of law to assure the food security. But based on study on other country, improvement is needed for the law of the food security governance in china. The key point is to use the market law itself to prevent the accident of food security. There are several points: one is china lack the complete law system of food security; the other is that the information is not shared in government sectors; another is that information asymmetric lead to food company use the price stratedge which cause the prevalence of low quality. It is the reason why there is so much accidence of food security.The assay bases on theory of information asymmetric and focus on publicity of food security information. It explains the weak point of the current food security law system and use the experience of other country to make the advice.
