Anonymous contribution is more and more common in today's society, involving corporate law, contract law, administrative law, and many other areas of law. On the one hand, anonymous contribution is the traditional, common law phenomenon; on the other hand, our country's legal regulation about anonymous contribution is not perfect and it is necessary to study solutions.In this paper, the author uses practical experience of lawyers and the inductive method and summarizes the forms, causes and characteristics of anonymous contribution in today's society. On this basis, the author arranges the relevant laws and regulations and analyzes the legislative principles and purposes. When studying a legal phenomenon, we should look through the phenomena and grasp the nature. So we should abstract the nature among the complex and diverse phenomena. The paper analyzes legal relationships in all kinds of anonymous contribution one by one and extracts the nature of the legal relationships.Limited liability companies are the most common civil subject in the economic area and they are also a hotbed of anonymous contribution. Therefore, the paper mainly studies anonymous contribution of limited liability companies. Limited liability companies have people combination and capital combination, but people contribution has more important significance for the limited liability company. From this perspective, the article studies the conflict between anonymous contribution and people combination of the limited liability company. It should be said that the existing company legal system aims at registration system in regulating companies'actions and doesn't encourage anonymous contribution. In this paper, the author studies the conflict between anonymous contribution and company registration system and explains the principles of handling anonymous contribution disputes. On this basis, according to the basic principles of company law and contract law, the papers analyzes the basic characters of several kinds of common anonymous contribution disputes by using deductive reasoning and try to make the legal regulation plan.In the writing process, the author insists on independently thinking and analysis and the arguments put forward are creative.
