The Institutional Environment Of Charitable Donations Of Private Enterprises In Zhejiang Province

Philanthropy is an important part of social progress, the current charity in raising community resources to provide material assistance and promote social stability, has played an increasingly important role in the academic community has become increasingly concerned about the development and charitable donations in which the institutional environment. This paper attempts to summarize and comparative analysis of existing environmental charity donation system to collate and analyze the general situation. Charity laws and regulations from the formal system, social and corporate philanthropic culture of informal as well as the implementation of incentive mechanisms such as the three point analysis of China's current charitable donations of private business enterprises. Analysis of corporate charitable donations and causes problems, the legal system of government in the construction and supervision of charitable institutional problems, and eventually propose solutions to problems on countermeasures.This structure is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, including the background, significance and writing frameworks. The second chapter describes the system theory and corporate charitable donations, analysis of the value of corporate charitable donations, and the existing institutional environment; Chapter to the United States the development of corporate charitable donations, for example, analysis of the U.S. government and corporate practices, lessons learned; first private enterprises in Zhejiang Province, four chapters analyze the status of charitable donations and problems, the use of institutional theory analysis of the root system of the problem; Chapter put together ideas, put forward a sound charitable donations to private enterprises in Zhejiang Province, the institutional environment needs to establish charitable laws and regulations, promote charitable and cultural society, the implementation of other aspects of charitable giving preferential mechanisms and exploration efforts.
