Genetic technology affects human being more profound than the traditional technology, because it can control our inner gene, so the hazardous such as never previously existed. In order to promote genetic technology normal development and human good life, we need to take some measures to prevent harm. This paper will discuss at six aspects gradually. Second, paper list some criminal law about gene technology where always offence criminal. then author summarize some common characteristic. third, author analyze some law and regulation which is all concerned to gene,author find lots of defects in current law and regulation. Fourth, author demonstrates why we need to perfect current criminal law. The last part, author give some principle and specific suggestion to revise current law, it is all based on the above conclusion.
