The Comparative Study On Inheritance Law System Of China And Russia

Different legal cultures of China and Russia breed the different legal systems,which is the basis and prerequisite of the study and comparison of inheritance laws invarious countries. The newly revised Russian Federal Inheritance Law not onlyfollows the historical tradition of Holy Roman Empire, but also accepts the norms ofinternational rule of life. China needs to abandon the rigid core, absorb modern ideasand learn useful things from modern ideas. In order to learn from the experience ofthe Russian Inheritance Law, this paper uses comparative analysis and the cross-studymethod of a variety of disciplines mutual penetration. Starting from the introductionof inheritance law legislation in China and Russia, it objectively compares thedifferences between China and Russia inheritance legal systems. China's currentinheritance legislation is not very scientific or reasonable.
