Research On Ideological And Political Education In The Process Of Employment For College Students

The issue of College Students'employment involves in almost every household, which is also related to the vital interests of the people as well as the economic development and social stability of our nation. However, the severe employment situation is now inducing so many students feel confused when faced the problem. Furthermore, some students, who are influenced by the unhealthy environment of the society, even created a lot of thinking bias about the employment. In response to this reality, it is of great significance to strengthen ideological and political education to college students in the process of employment, and to help them to correctly understand and evaluate themselves as well as to adjust their attitude and to change the concept of employment, thus to ease the employment pressure on university students.This paper analyses the reasons which induce the difficulties of college students'employment, which including the students'own reasons and the absence of the ideological and political education in the course of employment, based on the current situation and the psychological characteristics of college students from different grades, and then, this paper proposes the new approach of ideological and political education during the under the new situation of the employment.This paper is organized as following four chapters:Chapter I: The new challenges faced by the college students in current employment situation. Mainly expound the situation from three aspects, namely the general employment situation in China, students increasingly severe employment situation and the students'ill-prepared.Chapter II: The role of the ideological and political education in the course of college students'employment. This chapter discusses focuses the role of the ideological and political education in the course of college students'employment, both macroscopically and microscopically, from the point of nation, colleges and personal. We point out that strengthening the ideological education is one of the most effective approach to ease the employment problem and has the important position and role which cannot be ignored.Chapter III: The current situation of ideological and political education in the course of college students'employment. In this chapter we discusses the achievement of the ideological and political education, and mainly analyzes the shortcomings of the ideological and political education of the new situation in the course of the college students'employment.Chapter IV: The discuss about the new approaches of ideological and political education in the course of college students'employment under the new situation. We creates the " sphere model contributed to innovate the approaches of the ideological and political education in the process of employment ", and analyses the new ways of ideological and political education from the perspective of humane care, including strengthening the work force construction of ideological and political education in the course of college students'employment, carrying out the ideological and political education according to the students from different grades, and develop the ideological and political education in the network enviorenment.
