The purpose of this study was based on the researches of Chinese-Korean minority university students'ethnic identity, self-esteem and psychological well-being, to learn the status of Chinese-Korean minority university students'ethnic identity, self-esteem and psychological well-being, further, to find out the hidden relationships of the three variables, What's more, the significance of this research is to grasp the contemporary Chinese-Korean minority university students'mental health status of the whole, thus to enrich related theories of empirical researches of ethnic identity, self-esteem, psychological well-being, promote positive sense of ethnic identity Chinese-Korean minority university students', and improve the levels of self-esteem and psychological well-being.On the basis of a lot of relevant documents about ethnic identity, self-esteem, psychological well-being, this study chose appropriate questionnaires (the Minority Ethnic Identity Questionnaire, Self-esteem Questionnaire, Ryff's Psychological Well-being Questionnaire) to investigate 612 Yanbian University Chinese-Korean minority students'ethnic identity, psychological well-being and self-esteem, then discussed and analyzed the relationships between ethnic identity, self-esteem and psychological well-being, the conclusions are as follow:(1) Chinese-Korean minority university students had positive ethnic identity, self-esteem and psychological well-being, namely they had higher levels of ethnic identity, self-esteem, psychological well-being.(2) There existed significant differences in sex and subjects of Chinese-Korean minority university students'ethnic identity, self-esteem and psychological well-being, but no significant differences in grade. The female Chinese-Korean minority university students'ethnic identity, self-esteem and psychological well-being were significant higher than that of the male Chinese-Korean university students. Refer to the arts Chinese-Korean minority university students, their ethnic identity, self-esteem, psychological well-being were significant higher than that of the Chinese-Korean minority university science students.(3) Two variables of ethnic identity (Korean ethnic identity, Chinese national identity), self-esteem and psychological well-being were significantly different at the level of 0.01.(4) Self-esteem played no significant role in moderating the relationship between Chinese national identity and psychological well-being, but played significant role in moderating relationship between Korean ethnic identity and psychological well-being(5) National identity could strongly predicted psychological well-being, and Korean ethnic identity could strongly predicted self-esteem.Therefore, ethnic university should strength double-level education in minority identity and national identity, and promote the level of self-esteem and the sense of well-being to make students live more courtly and happily.
