A Study On The Relationship Between Ethnic Policies And Ethnic Identity Of Minority College Students

Ethnic identity and ethnic policy are related to the ethnic security and stability,the national harmony of the major issues,the People’s Republic of China regional law of national autonomy,People’s Republic of China Education Law,Yunnan Province Minority Education Promotion Regulations on Yunnan ethnic minorities Education,employment and other policies to provide a basis,minority college students are as the mainstay of the national,their ethnic identity and understanding of ethnic policy,attention,implementation,support is more influential national and the future of the country.This paper attempts to study the ethnic policy and ethnic identity.In the investigation and data analysis,SPSS and AMOS software are used to study the ethnic identity and ethnic policy of minority college students in Yunnan minority college students,and construct the relationship model between ethnic identity and ethnic policy.Through the study found the following conclusions:First,the minority college students on the ethnic policy of understanding,attention,implementation,support is better,and support the highest score.Gender,grade,ethnicity,family income,residence on the ethnic policy survey has a significant impact.Second,the ethnic identity of ethnic minority college students is better,social identity,sense of belonging,cultural identity are showing a good situation,gender,grade,nationality,family income,residence has a significant impact on ethnic identity.Third,ethnic policy and ethnic identity are significant positive correlation,that is,the understanding of ethnic policy,attention,implementation,support the better,the higher the degree of ethnic identity.At the same time,this conclusion also validates the instrumentality of ethnic identity theory.Finally,put forward suggestions of how to raise the ethnic identity of minority college students according to the survey results.
