The most essential part in the teaching of fraction is the teaching of concepts.Fraction concept is a complex system,and it needs a long time to master the concept,because each concept in the fraction system is closely interconnected.Average,division,decimals build a tight conceptual system of fraction.So in today's teaching,are there any problems in students' study? I did a survey in some primary schools to know the situation of students' fraction concept studying and pointed out the problems existed in today's teaching:①tudents often understand the meaning of fraction in a single angle.②students did not really set up fraction conceptual system,the concept structure in their minds is more inattentive,mostly in isolation.③there still existed some problems in students' study of percentage,division,proportion.With the three questions,I analysis the teaching material of Jiangsu Education Press,and get some suggestion:Material should improve the structure of fraction concept,show the meaning of fraction in various angles.Teachers should enrich the students' concept characterization, note each concept's connection, help the students form the connection between the concept network, make fraction teaching more perfect.
