Because of the rapid development of Internet technology and the establishment of digital learning environment in the information age, people's way of study and life has to face much unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Every fields of the society are focusing on how to study with the network efficiently. Learning behavior of distance education has special properties and forms of performance, so it is very important to study the essence, performances, patterns, influence factors of the learning behavior. At the same time, the study also makes a difference for designing resources and platforms of network learning and evaluating the distance education efficiently.The methods of this study are literature analysis, induction and quantitative analysis. The definition of learning behavior based on network distance education is:In order to get an education certificate recognized by nation, adult learners use computers and other instruments study and interact with others though the network distance education platform which has plentiful study resources, and all the behaviors in this progress are called learning behavior based on network distance education. The subjective influence factors are:level of Information Literacy, learning style, learning motivation, capability of monitor oneself and capability of time management. There are five types performances of learning behavior: gather information, process information, publish information, interchange information and use information. And all these behaviors have remarkable influence on learning effect. Then modeling a 3D model, and the dimensions are the depth of information processing dimension, processing level dimension and cognition style dimension. This study analyses the typical behaviors in this 3D model. And also analyses the learning behaviors'level of influence D-S evidence theory.Based on the analysis of learning behavior, the paper mines the students'learning behavior data of the Distance Education School of Southwest JiaoTong University. With the software Weka, the students'data carried out based on Apriori Algorithm, and proved the strong relationship between learning behavior and effect on network distance education.
