With the deepening of the study on distance education,the researchers ofdistance education increasingly recognize that comprehensive and systematic learning support services are the core elements of the success of distance education.Interaction difficulties,weak learning ability and lack of time are three major obstacles to the success of distance learners.An important way to solve these difficulties is to develop and provide perfect and systematic learning support services for students.As a bridge to support distance education institutions and learners,learning support services are designed to develop services that meet students' needs and help students solve learning difficulties.And with the coming of the era of big data era and artificial intelligence,distance education,teaching methods and learning methods in major changes in the way of cognitive,characteristics of The Times required to inject new connotation of learning support services,from the traditional unified,fixed learning support services to develop personalized teaching design,course management and learning evaluation,etc.Based on the above background,this study through the literature review,data mining is combed the education,distance education learning support services,personalized learning services and the research status of personalized learning path,in distance education,building personalized learning support service model and realize the personalized learning path recommend laid a theoretical foundation.Second,this study describes in detail the range of distance education learning support services,types and functions,and sums up the current research on the practice of personalized learning services,and define the education concept,task,classification and the commonly used data mining algorithms and tools.Then,this study put forward by Renrong Chen learning support services for the theoretical framework,and serve the learning process into the personalized learning concept and function of building a personalized distance education learning support service model.The model consists of four modules: management services,information and consulting services,resource services,and learning process services.Taking the learning support service construction of Online Education of Jiangnan University as an example,the specific functions of each module are elaborated in detail.The personalization of this model is mainly embodied in the network learning process support service.Finally,considering the pre-school navigation path important goal,the research status of functional and practical,this study through the analysis of the task,select the data mining technology,C5.0 decision tree algorithm as the kernel algorithm,using SPSS Clementine 12.0 data mining tools,after data collection,data preprocessing,data selection,data classification and steps,such as the generation of the rules,analyze network degree education undergraduate course tutoring high school students English unified examination of seven learning process and historical data,generated personalized path recommended practice for learners.In Beijing)into education group to provide technical support,this study will achieve the personalized recommendation system is applied to study path tutoring undergraduate English unified examination,and the nationwide examination pass rate can be compared to the students,the teacher interviews,questionnaire survey three way to verify the validity of the system,and according to the feedback gain improvement direction of late.
