The Research About The Innovation Of Credit System In Jiangxi Normal University

With the development of high education in China, and innovation of credit system, the main point of the new wave of the innovation of high education is how to make teaching management of credit system innovative. It is also the main respect in the education field. We should look for a kind of a mold about teaching management of credit system which fits the characteristic in our country and universities, this exploration will contribute to bring up a person of ability. He can adapt himself to the development of society and is inter-disciplinary talent with multi-level and high-calibre. There is lack of practice research about innovation of credit system in university domestic and abroad. Lots of problems exist in practice. As a local and comprehensive normal university in the central area in China, Jiang Xi Normal University adopted some innovations about credit system at present in order to following the pace of modern era. And this is just an example. What's the main problem in the research of teaching management of credit system? What's the reason? It has important theoretical and practical value about how to improve the innovation.We made research from three aspects, students'acquaintance and identification with management of credit system, the related foundation of credit system and the facilities and the actual state of credit system by using questionnaire survey. We found some problems in practice. They are as follows: (1) lack of elastic in credit system; (2) the imperfect system, the unreasonable course offering, the inadequate and low quality resources in optional courses, and lack of science guidance; (3) the inadequate tutor system; (4) short of teaching resources, on the one hand, lack of teachers; on the other hand, not enough facilities; (5) the related management may not adjust to the credit, including the inadequate charge system, the imperfect evaluation system. All of these problems may hinder the enforcement of credit system. People can't see the advantage of credit system. The main reasons are as follows: the influence of traditional educational idea, insufficient investment in education, and the restriction of related system.In order to solve the problems in practice above-mentioned, and the lessons in the implement of credit system abroad, we should improve point to point in the followings: (1) transition from traditional education to quality education which is based on human-centered and the full aspects of development. (2) enhancement in the teaching resources not only the infrastructure construction but also the ranks of teachers. (3) improvement in related management system in teaching, including the system of optional courses, tumor to undergraduate, the management of schoolrolls, and innovation of examination. (4) the foundation and the integral security system in teaching management, such as the computerized and comprehensive system of education administration and the boost of administrative technique ability of administrative personnel. (5) establishment the new module of students administration.The inquiry about the innovation of credit system in Jiang Xi Normal University and the conclusions above-mentioned have the important meanings to other universities.
