Research On Tackle And Wrap Of Wushu Sanda Competition

The Sanda of Martial Arts has a long history as Chinese nation's traditional sports, Sanda also known as casual hands, originally known as Baida, because the competition is staged in the form of steak up against with bare hands on the Platform, is also known as challenge fight between two people. Today, Sanda is defined as an athletic project that two athletes overmaster each other according to certain rules and with the use of kicking, beating and faster methods of winning tripped. Sanda with Physical fitness, combative self-defence self-cultivation, can be deemed to the entertainment of spectators and richen people's cultural life, and it is also good for training practitioners upholding moral and wushu, and inspiring the ethos, but the time of developing as the modern athletics sports project is not long. The original National Physical Culture Committee decided to carry on experiments of Sanda project in the Physical Culture Committee of Zhejiang Province, Beijing Institute of Physical Education, and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education in 1979, the movement of Sanda has obtained rapid development in the short 30 years.The overmuch arms-tangled-phenomenon in all types of games has been troubling the people related with Wushu Sanda. Taekwondo, Wushu Sanda, Boxing are all competitive sports that aimed to win the opponent. Compared to the wushu sanda games, their arms tangled phenomenon to appear less. Therefore, embrace twining gradually become to the important reasons that effect consistency and the splendid intense degree.Based on expert-interviews, this paper analyses the arms-tangled-phenomenon from representative games of Sanda, meanwhile contrasts with taekwondo, Boxing, and Muay Thai. Using statistical methods to material the related data in order to summarize and analyzes the reasons of arms-tangled-phenomenon and tell the possibility of improving. This paper aimed to reinforce and perfect the technique system of Sanda, improve technique characteristics and the antagonism of Sanda, Highlight its own national characteristics. To make the competition more wonderful, fierce and coherent, reduce embrace twining phenomenon, attract audience and mass media's attention better. At last make a solid foundation for the future market development of Sanda.
