Power as other physical foundation, especially the strength of the core body parts, has been paid more attention to by coaches and sports training experts highly. Coaches and sports training experts have begun to explore various strength training methods, but the grasp of load has not explicitly been defined the relationships of load arrangement and muscle size. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between the different load arrangements of core training and the muscle strength. This study uses eight PE major students of the capital sports institute as the experimental object through the core of eight weeks different loads strength training, and uses ISOMED 2000 isokinetic testing training instrument subjects for expansion muscle group, hip muscles on isokinetic strength tests .Before and after the experiment analyzes each indicator changes, the experiment results show that:1. The core training can effectively improve the biggest strength and rapid strength, and the effect of large load intensity is more obvious than the effect of large load amount.2. Core training can effectively improve strength endurance, and the effect of large load intensity is more obvious than the effect of large load amount.3. Core training can effectively improve the body balanced paravertebral muscle strength, and the effect of large load intensity is more obvious than the effect of large load amount.4.Core training can effectively improve the dynamic balance of human body, and the effect of large load intensity is more obvious than the effect of large load amount.
