Vibration strength training is the latest invention of a strength training method, which plays an important role on effectively enhancing the strength of muscles, currently vibration strength training has been well applied in high-level athletes'strength training abroad and for the public fitness training. In this study, we took hurdles athletes as the research objects, through training experiment to further explore the effects of vibration strength training for hurdle athletes'hip, knee and ankle joints. At the same time, this research will also provide evidence for Hurdle professional coaches and sports teachers to update the concept of strength training and expand special strength training methods and means.We used the JET VIBE (ETS-900N model) vibration training plat, to do stimulate vibration strength training on Hurdler athletes from the Capital Institute of Physical Education; the vibration frequency was 25HZ-40HZ. After eight weeks of system strength training, used the ISOMED 2000 Isokinetic equipment to test subjects` hip, knee and ankle flexion and extension, and then compared and analyzed the indicators of muscle strength testing before and after the experiment, we got these following conclusions:1. Compared with traditional strength training, adding vibration stimulation on the basis of traditional strength training can more effectively improve muscle strength, and achieve remarkable effects of strength training. The peak torque, the peak torque to body weight, the total work, and the maximum work of Hurdle Athletes` hip, knee and ankle had significant growth compared with fore-experiment, and compared with the control group; the strength growth of experimental group had significant difference between groups, these illustrate that the strength training program design is scientific and effective.2.The growth rate of the 1-8 weeks fixed ratio of hip, knee, ankle muscle strength, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group; compared the cycle growth rate of the first four weeks with the last four weeks, the growth rate of extensor and flexor muscles, the first four weeks are higher than the last four weeks, this indicates that during the first four weeks, the strength training program of adding vibration stimulation can achieve tangible effect strength growth, and during the first four weeks, the cycle growth rate of the extensor is higher than the growth rate of the flexor. 3. The reasons that additional vibration stimulation could lead to muscle strength growth may be the followings: the vibration can stimulate more motor unit to raise potential muscle fiber involving contraction, so that to increase muscle contraction force; increase the excitability of muscle fibers to improve the coordination of the nerve center.4. As the fixed load volume, only change the frequency of vibration stimulation to identify the possible trend between vibration frequency and strength, as well as the research of the vibration stimulation on the muscle strength's extension effect, this experiment did not succeed, but it carried out an effective try, we hope that this experiment provide references for the future studies.
