There are no syste- matic and scientific researches in the training of the Speed Climbing and no significant theoretical instruction and practical reference in practical activities of Speed Climbing.In order to understand and grasp the differences in quality of special sports athletes for coaches, select and train scientifically for athletes and provide practical basis to improve the competitive ability of the athletes, The study was based on outstanding Speed Climbing athletes sport quality indexes system as the research object , the rock climbing experts, coaches and outstanding Speed Climbing athletes as investigation objects, the youth rock climbing club's outstanding Speed Climbing athletes in Jiangxi application technology professional college as test objects to construct the outstanding Speed Climbing athletes sport quality index system from the methods of the literature material law, case analysis, observation, expert interview, questionnaire, quality testing method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and others.The main conclusion:1. Through the two rounds of questionnaire between experts and professionals, reckoned and screened 19 items important index in each classification for sport diathesis of the outstanding Sp- eed Climbing athletes.2. After analyzed the 19 items by SPSS19.0 software and identified by the experts, it concludes the 8 items required the quality of Speed Climbing sports: 1RM arms Fingerlock board pull-up,1RM squats,High-touching after jumping down from 50cm,20s arms Fingerlock board rapid pull-up,Timing bar crawl,20S touch feet high leg lift,4 meters double line turn-back 3 times climbs and Cross the splits.3. Through the factor analysis concluded the four main ingredients in Specific sport diathesis of the outstanding Speed Climbing athletes sport: speed quality of power factor, quick coordina- tion strength endurance factor, flexibility factor and comprehensive quality factor; Among them, the speed strength was identified as the core factor.4. Through the statistics get the results of various factors weights. Also according to the fac- tor score coefficient, established Specific sport diathesis factor score and comprehensive Specific sport diathesis score model for excellent Speed Climbing athletes.
