Purpose: This article attempts to investigate the difference between the effects of difficult climbing and speed climbing on the physical health of junior high schools,and attempts to explore which climbing method have more positive impacts for junior high school students.Secondly,it provides quantifiable data references for the smooth development of rock climbing on campus.Furthermore,it is expected that rock climbing will serve the school physical education work,help students develop sports interests,and develop habits of lifelong sports.Methods: This article uses literature data method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method.20 junior students of Siyuan Middle School in Yangpu District,Shanghai are used as research objects.After the National Student Physical Health Test was performed on all students in the first week,the students were randomly divided into equal and equal lead climbing groups and speed climbing groups(5 males and 5 females in each group).Students participate in instructional training twice a week for 90 minutes each.In the last week of the experiment,all students participating in the experiment were again tested for physical fitness,and the data collected before and after the experiment were processed and analyzed by using SPSS20.0.Result:(1)In terms of body shape: After practicing climbing for 12 weeks,there was no significant change in height,weight,and BMI index of students in the lead climbing group(P> 0.05).After practicing climbing for 12 weeks,the speed of the students in the speed climbing group Height,weight,and BMI did not show significant changes(P> 0.05);but in terms of body fat percentage,students in the lead climbing group and boys in the speed climbing group had a significant decrease(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in the change in body fat percentage(P <0.05).(2)In terms of physical function: After 12 weeks of lead climbing,the vital capacity of students in the lead group showed a significant increase(P<0.01);after 12 weeks of speed climbing,the vital capacity of the students in the speed group increased significantly(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the increase in vital capacity between the students in the speed group and the students in the lead group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of physical fitness: After 12 weeks of lead climbing and speed climbing,there was no significant change in the 50-meter performance of the lead group students(P>0.05),and the 50-meter performance of the speed group students had a significant increase(P <0.05),And the 50-meter performance change values of the two groups of students have very significant differences(P<0.01);after the experiment,the 1000-meter(male)and 800-meter(female)results of the lead group and the speed students have no significant changes(P>0.05);After the experiment,the pull-up scores of the boys in the lead group and the speed group increased significantly(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the changes in the scores of the boys in the two groups(P>0.05);After that,the one-minute sit-up performance of the girls in the lead group and the speed group increased significantly(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the change in the performance of the two groups of girls(P <0.05);after the experiment,the lead The standing long jump scores of the students in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the increase in the scores of the two groups of students(P>0.05).After the experiment,the students in the lead group and the speed group had no significant difference.The grip performance is very significant Sexual increase(P<0.01),and the changes in the performance of the two groups of · students have a very significant difference(P <0.01);after the experiment,the lead group students have a very significant increase in seat forward flexion performance(P<0.01),There was a significant increase in seat forward flexion in the speed group(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the changes in the results of the two groups of students(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Lead climbing and speed climbing have different promotion effects on junior high school students' physical fitness.After 12 weeks training in different climbing styles,students in the lead climbing group and the speed climbing group showed different training effects on body shape,physical function,and physical fitness.(2)In terms of body shape,the body fat percentage of students in the lead climbing group and the speed climbing group decreased significantly after 12 weeks of training with different climbing styles.Among them,the overall decline in the lead climbing group was greater than the speed climbing group,and the decline of male students was greater than that of female students;after the experiment,the students of the two groups did not show significant changes in height,weight and BMI index.(3)In terms of physical function,after 12 weeks of training in different rock climbing styles,the vital capacity of students in the lead climbing group and speed climbing group has been significantly improved.Among them,students who practice speed climbing have a greater improvement than students who practice lead climbing.(4)In terms of physical fitness,after 12 weeks of training in different rock climbing styles,the degree of improvement in the pull-up,one-minute sit-up,grip strength,and forward flexion of the students in the lead climbing group is significantly greater than that in the speed climbing group.;Speed climbing students have a more significant improvement in standing long jumps,50 meters.
