School Characteristics Create Study

This article focuses on school characteristics.Take the G elementary Badminton-characterized school as an example, this article adopts qualitative research methods and narrative method to analyze the forming process of school characteristics and the problems it may come across. The article is divided into three parts to explain and demonstration. firstly, In the screening of the characteristic project conceived stage, need to follow scientific principle and uniqueness principle, principle of the nature; secondly, In the school characteristic cultivation development stages, need to follow all the sex principle, innovative principles, the principle of integration. Thirdly, In the school characteristic mature and stable stage, need to follow stability principle, organization principle, the radioactive principles.
