Collective early reading activity in kindergarten is an important approach for children's reading abilities. Children can effectively learn the reading knowledges and methods and can become interested in reading by teacher-child interaction and child-child interaction in collective early reading activity. From the microeconomic level, the research makes a careful and thorough study on collective early reading activity. The research summarizes and analyzes the advantages and shortages of the collective early reading activity, and discusses the influencing factors of that. So, the teachers of the kindergarten can make their reading class better through the research.The research adopts the methods of observation and interview and analysis of the collection to study the process of early reading activity. The research collected 17 early reading activities in three kindergartens of different degree in early reading education, including video datas and the text datas on the proess of early reading activities, the teaching plan and the interview datas on teachers. The conclusions are here:On the advantages of the reading activities:Firstly, there are various steps of the collective early reading activities. In them,the induction and the end activities have different types. Secondly, collective early reading activities have various teaching strategies that are effective. On the problems of the reading activities:Firstly, children independent reading is not valued and be wrong guided by teachers in the collective early reading activities. Secondly, the teacher-child interaction mainly starts by the teachers. The children's positivity is not worked out in collective early reading activities. Thirdly, the PPT is widely used, however, the picture book is not valued well. Fourthly, early reading activities are lack of systematization.On the influencing factors of the reading activities:Collective early reading activities have various influencing factors including teacher factors, child factors, picture books factors, classroom factors and kindergarten factors.The research puts forward some suggestions based on the problems in collective early reading activities and my understandings and thoughts about collective early reading activities. Firstly, teachers should correctly understand the early reading. It's the children's reading. It relies on the visual mind. It's for true meaning of the text. Secondly, teachers should improve implementation of the early reading activities. Teachers should strengthen guidance in children independent reading process. Teachers should provide more opportunities for the children in teacher-child interaction. Teachers should provide some early literary in the early reading activities. Thirdly, teachers should be aware of importance of picture books in the teaching process. Teachers should try their best to provide the children the picture books that can give the children opportunities to touch the books directly, feel real books, and become interested in reading. Fourthly, we advocate the systematic reading.
