We know that school teaching, teachers and Curriculum Reform all have close relation to education beliefs. Primary school teaching is the basic and critical period in one's whole life study, so primary school teachers'educational professionalism seems to be important. With the development of Curriculum Reform, using a new curriculum, teaching and moral education concept to lead primary school teaching has become a series of challenges to primary school teachers. So that they are nervous and feel great pressure to perform. This situation not only influences the curriculum reform smoothly, but also affects primary school teachers' and students' severely great progress.For this, the paper puts forward that we should pay more attention to primary school teachers' education beliefs under curriculum reform background. If only teachers' education belief system is perfect, can help teachers with good condition accept challenges and constantly improve their educational professionalism, to give full play to the curriculum reform in teaching process at the same time.This study firstly mentions of education belief, the particularity of primary school teaching and teachers and the curriculum reform background. Then the author puts forward with a new definition of education belief. Secondly the author follows the subject of educational beliefs and the importance of educational beliefs, to illustrate the rational education beliefs of a primary school teacher should have under Curriculum Reform background. The author selects three groups of teachers with different seniority in a primary school nearby, 10 persons a group, to make an interview. The result of the interview shows that there are differences between facts and theory prerequisite for teachers'educational beliefs. And then the author analyzes the differences between them from the angle of sociology, psychology and pedagogy. In the end, after understanding the causes of cultivating scientific education belief, such as personal experiences; school culture; self-examination, to give advices to perfect the system of primary school teachers'education beliefs.
