The Research On The Status Quo And Development Of Urumqi Amateur Basketball Groups

Along with economic and social development, our country populace sports enterprise has made a vigorous development. various types of sports group then emerge and develop into mature gradually. Amateur basketball group is based on the common basketball hobbies, interests, and the feelings of friendship. For purpose of fitness and entertainment, amateur basketball groups are naturally formed in the spare time based on the common practice of basketball sports with its main form basketball. Amateur basketball groups play an important role in the development of mass sports in the city. It has an important role on the development of the society and people.This paper aims to understand the development situation of Urumqi amateur basketball groups, find the problems in the process of development, and propose relevant opinions.This paper utilizes the literature material law, interview method, the method of questionnaire investigation to open an investigation of the amateur basketball in indoor activities at Urumqi. It is concluded that the following conclusion:(1) There is very little participation for women and minority in the Urumqi group members. Community members mainly by middle-aged or young people primarily.(2) Group members have high degree level with enterprise or business unit employees and public functionaries. Group members generally have high levels of income and consumption used in related of basketball sports is also corresponding higher. The group members master basketball knowledge and skills, are satisfied with the present situation and have higher expectations on the future development of the group. Group members can get good exercise effect within the group.(3) Development of Urumqi amateur basketball groups has a certain number and scale, but the development is also at infancy, which mainly belongs to spontaneous organizations. Groups are independently administered by a simple internal structure with loose management. Also groups develop activities mainly in the form of competition so as to be lack of entertainment. That is strong against female and children's participation in activity. Activity of time and frequency relatively fixed.(4) The main reasons for people to found the groups are for fitness, hobbies, and entertainments. Each group member is mainly in three crowds: the same unit; Classmate friends; Crowd Known in Playing. Besides basketball, group also organized other contents. Amateur basketball group's existence and development have important significance.(5) The funds of groups are mainly from community members'payment, part group funded by units and individuals. The activities sites are in severity shortage. Community cultural environment and community members of subject consciousness are the main power to promote group members into continuing the group activities. Imperfection of the physical cultural administrative department and insufficient of publicity are the main influence factors which affect existence and development of them.
