The emergence ofCUBA--the new competition system exactly provide the players with the chance ofdeveloping comprehensively and wide performance space. However, throughinvestigation, I found that most players regarded playing basketball as one survivalmeans to have a better road to walk although they have dense interest in the sports. theyhave more direct motivation andpurpose to do the training, that is to attain more advantages to hunt jobs in the future.however, the players with different social background and condition have differentvalue concepts, the influences produced by CUBA on them are not the same.
