Through to be carried on the questionnaire survey for the second grade and the junior university students of H University in our country of central area. It is concluded the distribution of family class family class of general undergraduates; then investigated the distribution of stratum distribution of the minister above cadres and vice chairman of college (or department) student union; Next, put the distribution of family strata of student union members and the distribution of family strata of general undergraduate were compared, found that there was significant difference, and from the perspective of correspondence between " the requirement of quality of student cadres - the quality of undergraduate from different class background " , Analysis the formation reasons of these differences. The main research found in the following aspects:(1) In family background factors, Use Domestic seat, Parents' education level, Parents' occupation and family income as the main division standard of family social class has significant influence on university students as a student union organization cadres:"county" and above domestic seat of college students in the proportion of students' overall was 48%, but in student union organization cadres groups was 81.9%,; the student cadres parents' education level general prep above most of students parents' education level; Student cadres parents' occupation status than most students parents' occupation status more high hierarchical; Have 27.7% undergraduate's family income of concentrated in 30,000 Yuan to 100,000 Yuan interval, but student cadres family year income in this interval has 63.8%. (2) The family social class structure of general undergraduate of H university and the current our country social class structure is consistent, and the family social class structure of student union cadres exhibited great difference: the family class of student cadre's is mainly distributed in the "national and social management class" (19.7%), "professional technical personnel class" (27.6%) and the "commercial services staff class" (13.4%), but"industrial worker class" and "agricultural laborers class" and other class of undergraduate is less.(3) The reasons for these differences can from cultural capital theory, glass ceiling effect and social exclusion theory three aspects to explain.
