In order to raise the level of football in Shanxi province, we need a group of high-quality football teachers and coaches. College football special course is to train excellent teachers and coaches soccer an important way. Football Teaching Assessment on College Football has an important regulatory role in improving the quality of teaching and teaching goals.This paper studies Physical Education in Colleges and University Teaching Football, and analyzes the status of evaluation use of literature, expert interviews, logical analysis, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics, comparative. Peoples do not pay enough attentions on the comprehensive ability and emotional attitudes of students and other aspects of culture. Colleges' students understand basely about University Physical Education evaluation, they the did not fully understand the purpose of feedback is to identify problems and improve learning, generally for the evaluation and assessment, leading to loss evaluation of the teaching function. The evaluation of College Physical Education in Shanxi province focus on achievement, motor skills, technical standards of evaluation and students range of theoretical knowledge and progress evaluation, focusing on the timely evaluation of students in class and after school summary, while, Not the physical evaluation on a very important position, but still no emphasis on student learning attitudes, habits, emotions, personality, cooperation, affective performance, a lack of focus on the evaluation of the amount of qualitative evaluation.
