| Research purposes : Fast speed, many changes and high intensity are the development characteristics of modern football.Football players need to have good physical quality to adapt to this characteristic,so as to ensure the effective play of skills and tactics. The purpose of this paper is to establish the evaluation standard of physical quality of U13 male football players in Xi ’an campus football through the analysis of the physical quality level of young football players, and to provide a reliable basis for the cultivation of football reserve talents in Xi ’an.Research methods : This paper uses the literature data method, expert investigation method, test method, analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics method to test the physical fitness(strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, agility)of U13 men ’s football players in nine middle schools in Xi ’an(Affiliated Middle School of Shaanxi Normal University,Xi ’an Tieyi Middle School,Xi ’an Gaoxin No.1 Middle School,Affiliated Middle School of Xi ’an Jiaotong University,Xi ’an Aerospace Middle School,Xi ’an No.38 Middle School,Xi ’an Wenjing Middle School,Xi ’an No.1 Middle School,Affiliated Middle School of Northwest Industrial University). The test data of the players were tested on the spot and the test data were accurately recorded.Excel and SPSS25.0 software were used to sort out and analyze the test data, and the weight values of each index were calculated respectively. Finally, the physical quality evaluation standard of U13 male football players in Xi ’an campus football was established. Results :(1)The physical quality evaluation index system of Xi ’an campus football U13 men ’s football players is established. The system includes first, second and third level indicators. The number of indicators at each level is : 5,10,16.(2)In the physical quality evaluation system of Xi ’an campus football U13 men ’s football players, the weight of the first-level indicators is : strength quality(0.049)、speed quality(0.322)、endurance quality(0.128)、flexibility quality(0.113)、sensitive quality(0.388).(3)The weight value of the secondary index corresponding to the strength quality is : upper limb strength(0.007)、lower limb strength(0.022)、core strength(0.02);the weight value of the secondary index corresponding to the speed quality is :ball speed(0.256)、 no ball speed(0.066);the weight values of the secondary indicators corresponding to endurance quality are : general endurance(0.024)、special endurance(0.104);the weight value of the secondary index corresponding to the sensitive quality is : ball sensitive(0.222)、no ball sensitive(0.166).(4)The weight values of each index in the evaluation index system were calculated : forward throwing solid ball(0.007)、 standing long jump(0.007)、fixed-point kick(0.015)、1 minute sit-ups(0.020)、10 m dribbling turn-back run(0.256)、10 m accelerated run(0.014)、30 m accelerated run(0.018)、turn-back variable run(0.034)、6 min maximum aerobic speed(0.024)、YO-YO intermittent endurance test L1(0.033)、YO-YO intermittent recovery test L1(0.032)、5 × 25 m turn-back run(0.039)、sit-and-reach(0.113)、dribbling around the rod(0.222)、Illinois run(0.101)、T-type run(0.065).Research conclusion :(1)In the evaluation index system of physical quality of U13 male football players in Xi ’an campus football, the weight values of the first-level indicators from high to low are : agility, speed, endurance, flexibility and strength.(2)By processing and analyzing the test data, the test results are graded and the weighted scores are calculated. The evaluation criteria of each individual physical quality of Xi ’an campus football U13 men ’s football players are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of individual quality.(3)The comprehensive evaluation standard of physical quality of U13 male football players in Xi ’an campus football was established : 71.82 points and above are excellent,61.96-71.82 points are good,42.03-61.96 points are medium,31.65-42.03 points are middle and lower,31.65 points and below are poor, which provides data reference for physical quality evaluation of U13 male football players in the future. |
