Title Studies On Dynamic Development Of Social Sports Instructors In China Over The Past Eight Years

Social sports instructors are those who teaches organizes and promotes social sports. They play an important role in making social sports social and scientific. The objectives of the thesis are the studies whether social sports instructors are proficient in applying their professional skills in guiding their daily work, the factors which affected the application and ways and suggestions which could help improve the present situation.The significance of this study is to summarize the problems in the development of social sports instructors and to understand the interaction between social sports and national GDP, from the perspective of the action, through studies on dynamic development of social sports instructors in China over the past eight years. The purpose is to improve related aspects of the system of social sports instructors in China so as to better promote the national fitness program.This paper applies the methods of literature, comparative study and data statistics to make an analysis on the dynamic development of social sports in China over the past eight years, the result is: GDP greatly influences the development of the numbers of social sports instructors in that year, but the two are not relevant. From 2002 to 2009, there was a great change in numbers of social sports instructors. The numbers in declined in eastern and western sports of China, but increased in the central part. There is an increasing number of the fast-level social sports instructors in western China, compared with Eastern and central part of China. Based on the original amount, the number of western social sports instructors develop almost as well as eastern China and the western development is better than central China. There is steady upward development of the third-level social sports instructors. The eastern part is better than western and central China, but based on the same conditions, western part is better than central China. The prediction of social sports instructors will increase slightly, while first, second and third level instructors will greatly increase Proposals to expand the national fitness propaganda, norms of social sports instructors in each system, clear the investment channel, enlarge the investment, in the higher sports colleges and universities carry out social sports instructor qualification certificate system.
