Teacher education is an important part of education reform is constantly a hot topic in-depth study. As China continues to develop basic education reform, people began to focus on the reform of teacher evaluation, teacher evaluation in trying to change the traditional disadvantages of promoting teacher development.In this paper, based on our current status of education in teacher evaluation is the starting point, focus on analysis of the traditional teacher evaluation, based on student test scores to evaluate the academic performance of teachers the problems, analyze the reasons for its formation. Drawing on the concept of value-added teacher evaluation ,based on the implementation of value-added use of student test scores, teacher evaluation of possible strategies.This paper consists of four parts:The first part discusses the value-added teacher evaluation and value-added of the main features of the practice of evaluation in our country.The second part, on student scores to evaluate teachers in China to highlight the problem when conducted in-depth research, and the causes of their problems to do a detailed analysis.The third part, on student test scores with the implementation of value-added evaluation of teacher support for the theory of induction, and for the implementation of the evaluation summary of the corresponding technical requirements.The fourth part, based on the concept of value is proposed for the concrete implementation of the strategy of conditions to ensure that student test scores with value-added assessment of teachers to be more scientific and fair.
