Fine movement is composed of a series of small muscles movement,including hand activities, eye-hand coordination activities, wrist rotation activities, fingers stretch activities. 0-3 years old infant fine movement training beneficial to the cultivation of infant self-care skill, beneficial to promote the development of cognitive ability, beneficial to promote the growth and development of nervous system, beneficial to promote infant bone growth and development of small muscles.Fine movement training in parent-child game also can promote the development of infantile sociality.The author selected out of twenty 2-3 years old children and examined their fine movement development situation. This projects of survey included wear buttons, square blocks, painting circle, spell graphics, use chopsticks etc. Influence factors of infantile fine movement development is various.basically including the following three points:premature birth, ward, infant hands-on degree.The training of infants fine movement should conform to certain principles. Letting baby gameplay in game activities is the first principle to follow to improve fine motor skills. Secondly, the development of infant fine movement should be linked with the daily life. Furthermore, due to genetic, environmental, education, etc, each infant has it own development speed. Their physical and mental quality also are different. So the training of infants fine movement should conform to individualized principles. The fine movement of infants to follow the principle of individualized training. Then it is the security principle. The training of infant fine movement need to consider the baby's security, such as the choice of materials, etc. Finally it is the developmental principle.
