Status Survey On Sports Materials Equipment Of Changchun Elementary Schools And Counterplan Analysis

Elementary education is the foundation stage of basic education. For the special period of double development, both physically and mentally, the pupils are in, better elementary education has become more important. Therefore, elementary education faces more tasks than ever before. As an important constituent of school education, physical education plays an irreplaceable role in students'physical and mental development. So, physical education is the foundation of national sports, the strategic focus of national sports development. It has vital significance in improving the quality of the population, facilitating the health and harmony of the society and ensuring the development of the nation. To make sure that physical education develop smoothly, there are many factors we should be concerned. Sports equipment and facilities is on one of the most important factors. It is the necessary material conditions to guarantee the school sports work successfully and is one of important content to inspect, evaluate, supervise and standardize the school sports work. In order to get a comprehensive understanding of sports equipment status in Changchun elementary school, this study takes the type, quantity specifications, and other basic situation of sports equipment in Changchun elementary school as the research object, uses literature material method, survey method ,probability method and any other research methods to analyze this problem and aims to provide the scientific basis for improving physical education of the local education department and being equipped with necessary sports equipment facilities and provide the theoretical basis for corresponding competent departments to understand and grasp the status of school sports equipment facilities and for research departments to draw up physical teaching syllabus and guide sports work .The results of the survey indicate that:1Changchun elementary schools are all in accordance with national first class standards for equipping with sports equipments. 38% City elementary schools are in accordance with national secondary class standards for equipping with sports equipments. But hardly any village elementary schools are in accordance with national secondary class standards for equipping with sports equipments.2 From the point of quantity, none of Changchun elementary schools has reached the requirement of The Elementary School Sports Equipment and Facilities Equipped with Catalogue. Analyze from equipment quantity and quality, city elementary schools are better than those in rural; for city only, key elementary schools are better than those in average. 3 In Changchun, 54 percent of elementary schools have sports equipment management, but all hold by the sports teacher concurrently. There are certain deficiencies in sports equipment management system and there establishes no complete sports equipment management system.4 the satisfaction on sports equipment of elementary school teachers and students is in a stepping–down posture.I suggest every elementary school should increase sports funds, broaden the financing channels, and improve the school sports equipment status. In updating sports equipment, schools should strictly implement the new national standard, Strengthen and improve sports equipment management system, establish complete sports equipment management system; Pay attention to sports equipment utilization, and encourage physical education teachers to actively develop sports equipment, actively constructing the characteristic sports curriculum; And the governments at all levels should pay attention to the financial needs of average elementary school and rural elementary school s, increase investment appropriately.
