The Research On The Current Situation And Strategy Of "The Sunshine Sports" Of The High Schools In Changchun

In April 2007, the ministry of education, national sports bureau and the communist youth league organizations have jointly issued the notice of launching the nationwide sunshine sports for billionaire students and called for developing"the sunshine sports for millions of national students"around the country, aiming to attract the teenagers to the playground, to walk under the sun, to improve their fitness awareness, to cultivate their sports interest and improve their health and enhance their physique. However, the survey which shows the effects of the implement by the government and schools in the past 3 years we know that the patterns and effects of"sunshine sports"in Changchun was far behind the regulation in the notice. Most are only stay in the policy and it isn't satisfactory to implemented and enforced.This paper try to study"sunshine sports"based on 10 schools in Changchun of sports leader, P.E. teachers, students for interview and investigation objects, using the methods like literature, expert interview, questionnaire and so forth. It is combined with the unique cultural geography condition and school running characteristics in Changchun. The research from five aspects: the familiar degree of"sunshine sports"teachers and leaderships of high school in Changchun. It is related to content master degree of"sunshine sports"among the students, sports culture, sports curriculum reform's problems and the instrument used in the physical health standard test, it is good or bad. In the survey we get the six follow conclusions: First,"sunshine sports"supervision mechanism needs to be further improved. Second, it is lack to adequate special high school"sunshine sports"fund. Third, Lack of corresponding means of sports education to strengthen"sunshine sports"activity implementation in publicity and practical aspects. Fourth,"sunshine sports"during the implementation of the"software"and"hardware"did not achieve harmonious and unify. Fifth,"sunshine sports"incentive mechanism needs to be further improved. Sixth, sports activities of the organization and develop form need to be strengthening, and it should promote"sunshine sports"development and popularization through the rich and colorful way.Accordingly, it is aiming at the status quo and influence to facts of"sunshine sport", this paper try to put forward development ideas and reasonable suggestions to figure out the problems, and it is to point out the effect of sport education in the"sunshine sport"activities, and finally to raise the level of youngster's health, and then it is to provide theoretical and practical basis for implement"sunshine sports"effectively in the nationwide.
