The development of school-based curriculum refers to the school sports teachers as the main body, under the guidance of national physical education and health course standard and local physical education and health course implementation plan , according to the school's own properties, characteristics, conditions and the development of sports resources available and to meet the students' sports demand and promoting students' health and a series of activities on the process.Since the 1990s, with the development of school-based curriculum at home and abroad, the concept of school-based curriculum began to be accepted by us. The development of school-based curriculum is essentially to do your own thing in the framework of school physical education and health course standard ". In other words, it is a personalized curriculum process through the self-design. Bu specific project development research was seldom mentioned. As far as I am concerned, it has far-reaching meaning for primary school student to discipline character, develop the students' individuality, improve teachers' professional level and school grade by the implementation of skip school-based curriculum.This paper puts rope skipping development of school-based curriculum at The northeast normal university affiliated elementary school as research object. The present situation of the development of school-based curriculum and adopted strategy summary of investigation were made by various campus students for investigation object, through documents, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis methods in northeast normal university affiliated elementary school .Through the investigation, we found that development and implementation of skipping the university-based curriculum promote the improvement of the quality of the student body and mind, speeding up the sports teacher professional development, leading to the overall development of the school physical education work in northeast normal university affiliated elementary school.Various factors influence university-based curriculum teaching in the implementation of the rope strategies. The author makes a comprehensive analysis and puts forward to deepening into the fitness value。These method used in skip rope movement improve the understanding of the rope movement; Strengthen the sports course expert guidance, to provide the scientific basis and the reference; Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, increase teachers' training intensity; Enrich skip the textbook perfect skipping curriculum system; Launch diverse, widen the rope skipping exercise for the depth and breadth of learning.
