Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Pattern Rope Skipping In The Third Grade Primary School Of Saihan District Of Hohhot

Adolescents are the future and hope of national development.The program of‘Healthy China 2030'points out that it is necessary to carry out the program of promoting youth sports activities with the goal of cultivating young people's sports hobbies.All regions of the country carry out special projects according to the conditions of running schools,regional characteristics and teachers' strength,and schools strengthen the construction of "one school,one characteristic" and strive to develop school characteristic projects,thus laying a solid foundation for the development of schools.Fancy rope skipping is a kind of aerobic exercise with the characteristics of fitness,entertainment and appreciation,which is formed by the combination of music,dance and martial arts.It is also recognized and supported by the school because of its simple operation,low risk coefficient,small limitation of venue and weather,and the characteristics of mastering sports skills,enhancing sports quality and improving learning interest for primary school students Therefore,fancy rope skipping in the development of schools,to broaden the teaching content,physical education curriculum development,enrich campus culture has an important significance.This paper takes the present situation of the third grade of the urban primary school in Saihan District of Hohhot city as the research object,and the school teachers,students and parents who carry out the sports activities of the fancy rope skipping as the investigation objects.The methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics were adopted.By means of the hampshire area on Hohhot city primary school is grade three in fancy rope skipping thefurther study of sports activities,on the basis of summarizing the status quo,explore influence figure fancy rope skipping exercise in Hohhot Abraham area to carry out the various factors,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,in order to further promote figure fancy rope skipping exercise in Hohhot elementary school work hard to provide theoretical basis.The following conclusions are drawn:1.It has not been a long time for the urban primary School of Saihan District in Hohhot to carry out the pattern rope skipping,and a complete teaching system has not been formed.The framework of teachers and teaching conditions is basically formed,but there is still a certain gap between the opening of the pattern rope skipping class and the formation of the school's characteristic projects.2.The third grade skipping movement obtained the school leaders,teachers and parents,and get their support,but the school grade 3 in the pattern in rope skipping movement process,too much emphasis on basic training,ignoring the synchronized development and development of rope skipping,style is relatively single,lead to the students' interest in learning progress and fell.3.PE teachers in various schools have a lower level of cognition and understanding of figure skipping than other sports activities.Most PE teachers have not received professional training in figure skipping,but learn by themselves.Most of the professional rope skipping teachers in the school are hired from outside.The school lacks the training of PE teachers on the theory and technology of rope skipping,and the teachers' evaluation and assessment of students at all stages are not systematic and perfect.4.In the third grade of the urban primary school in Saihan District of Hohhot,it is necessary to broaden the ways for students to understand the sport of rope skipping.To increase the publicity of rope skipping;To strengthen the input and construction of teachers;Enrich the syllabus,write school-based textbooks,and improve the evaluation and assessmentsystem.
