First, the writing practice lesson plans content and format is not rigorous; Secondly, the transformation from a student to a teacher is not very good. the role of teacher intern itself, organization teaching have serious problems, Finally, volleyball class arrangement is not proper, cause field distribution use is not reasonable. In view of the above situation put forward the following countermeasures:Conclusion:In the volleyball Teaching of Xi'an Physical Education University, prepare activities in practice situation is good, but students in practice process exists many problems:1. Students practice lesson plans, the writing of content, format is not rigorous; 2. No students came to convert to the role of teachers, teaching itself, organization intern there exists serious problem; 3. In the volleyball class arrangement inappropriate, leading to assign the use is not reasonable.Advise:1. Let students have plenty of time preparing, clarifying course schedule, with Settings; Strict with students lesson plans, strictly control the lesson plan shut, lets the student in writing qualified lesson plan while, pay attention to innovation; 2. Strengthen students to build up the teacher consciousness, better complete roles; Internship ended, students of the teacher, analyze, and proved,sum up lessons; 3.
