Chongqing University Physical Education Major Volleyball Referee Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

University sports education professional as an institution of developing physical education workers teaching main goal is to train students' basic theory knowledge and professional skill quality,through the teaching requirements of third base(theory,technology,skill)and six will(will explain,demonstrate,corrects,organization,referees,will race),the word "referee" as students need to have one of the professional quality of content,the referee the importance of this ability.However,most colignored leges and universities in the process of volleyball teaching content,task,more heavily,the referee of this skill to the volleyball teaching and training.Through sorting and analysis of the related literature,volleyball referees found on the college students' education research is relatively small,with the increasingly development of teaching practice has formed a great contrast.This paper USES the method of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics research methods,such as,the Chongqing university physical education professional about the present situation of volleyball referee training as the breakthrough point,the survey found there are some in the process of cultivating the factors which restrict the development of the referee,the development of targeted countermeasures are proposed according to these factors,so as to promote the Chongqing university sports education professional training excellent volleyball referees,promote health and rapid development of volleyball in China.The results show that the current Chongqing university Physical Education Major volleyball teaching content is given priority to with volleyball technology and tactics,and volleyball referee theory knowledge and practice in the teaching class hour is less;Volleyball referees in colleges and universities still need to further strengthen the awareness of the referee,and grasp of the volleyball competition rules and the referee method also need to further strengthen their;Students' learning interest is not high in volleyball referees knowledge,learning motivation is not strong,lack of initiative;Volleyball referees practice less,less of cutting experience;Part volleyball referees in study and work in the discipline is relatively poor,the lack of the spirit of service for athletes.The development countermeasures:1.Add class hours and improve teaching efficiency.The universities which train student volleyball referees must make clear that everything should be guided by the needs of students,and increase the learning time,and also complete more tasks in the limited teaching time.2.Improve the consciousness of referees and strengthen the theoretical knowledge.It is not only to strengthen the cultivation of student volleyball referees consciousness in the process of training,but also to make student volleyball referees know well about theoretical knowledge.3.Advocate the spirit of innovation,improve the motivation.Stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivating the volleyball referees motivation,and making students enjoy it,then more active in learning.4.Increase practice opportunities,and promote the communication of competition.The school should create varieties of practice platforms for students,provide student referees and have rich experience in communication between the referees.5.Self-improvement,promote education and form good professional ethics.It is a must to pay attention to mental education of volleyball referees.Strengthening the teaching of student's Ideological quality,and making students form good professional moral accomplishment unconsciously.
