The Research Of Fujian Vocational Coll-ages Women's Basketball Team Status And Development Strategies

With the reformation of national education system and comprehensive development of education, our country pay high attention to the development of vocational education, at the same time, people also highly value it. However, varjous aspects of education in the colleges can not meet the needs of students, which creats a certain effect in the quality of Higher vocational colleges, among them, the contradictions between lack of sports resources and the sports needs of the students is more and more sharp.With the wide spread of basketball culture, the irreplaceable role of sports in education is a forceful condition that lead every country develop basketball actions.There are various basketball games in higher vocational college, but the research of basketball in vocatinal college is rare.Under the current situation, it is mostly urgent to find that how to understand the status of women's basketball in vocational college and how to fully excavate the advanced resource of higher vocational colleges. Cos it plays an important role for establishing a healthy, orderly basketball team, which is in line with the vocational colleges'situation in Fujian Province. It will also have an important influence in training a good atmosphere of sports culture in college and in promoting the sustainable development of basketball. I hope through this investigation and research in the present situation of women's basketball team in higher vocational colleges are hope for the development of higher vocational colleges in all-round dedicated strength, plan of fitness, make our country from sports country to sports power forward, we can do something to promote the development of sports in vocational college and push the program of national fitness, and finally, make our country from a sports major power to a sports great power.In this paper, as survey objects with the athletes, coaches and leaderships of 12 vocational colleges. They all take part in the women's basketball Group B during the 14th Fujian University Sports Games. I also analyze the status of women's basketball in Fujian vocational colleges with the methods of literature survey, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, etc. team in vocational college, proposing a sustainable-developing way for establish women's basketball team of vocational colleges in Fujian Province. This research takes the first step for feasibility development of women's basketball team in vocational college in Fujian Province.
