The Study Of Budget Management In M University

The budget management is an important management tools in a high school. With the development of the revolution in both economic and education system, the scale of high school is continually increasing, and the level is rising at the same time as well. The fund sources in high school display for the multi-transformation, expenditure of funds has become complex and diverse.The finance management, especially the management in budget is facing various new situation and problems.The budget management is the core of the finance work in high school, it determines the success of development of schools, and the quality and efficiency of teaching, scientific research. Therefore, it is urgent to set a whole set of completed, scientific and reasonable budget management system to solve the problems in establishment, executive, supervision, and assessment. It further improves, ability of running schools, effectively to promote the school to complete overall strategic target, to achieve the maximum utilization of resources.Only through strong budget management, establishing the trait according to modern universities, and effective system in both accumulation and adjustment of capital, could universities do well in managing the finance relationships and improving the level in finance management, which in turn, could further improve the educational ability of our universities, and fit for the requirement for rapid development.This article is accomplished on the whole idea of "raising the question, analyzing the question and solving the question". In the views from the basic theory of the finance budget and its management, this paper presents the current situation and the problems in the budget management area of universities in our country. Taking the University of M as an example, analyzes the detailed problem in the budget system of M university, and tries to find out a solution for this question, which is a new idea and approach for the work of budget management for all the universities over country.
