The Study On Training Situation And Development Strategy Of Women Hockey Reserved Talents In Jiangsu Province

By means of materials collection, queationaire, interviews,mathematical-statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies on the training and development of women hockey reserved talents in Jiangsu province. In order to implementing comprehensively the speeches of state leaders and the principles of our country, this paper aims at finding the existing problems, analysing the main influence factors and putting forward some countermeasures, which promoting the development of women hockey, keeping the competitive and providing the theoretic and practical basis for better development of women hockey reserved talents in Jiangsu province. The research shows that, first, its development undergoes three important stages: progress, steady progress and fast development. Second, the coaches of reserved talents know the importance of training, however, the coaches are universitymen, young and weak research capabilities; third, obvious limitations of the regional students, the lack of scientific selection methods, the talent pool is not balanced in all ages; fourth, Jiangsu women's hockey back-up personnel in the training management needs to be further strengthened, the level of scientific training function to be improved; fifth, Jiangsu women's hockey back-up personnel training and training development support system still needs improvement; sixth, Most of Jiangsu Province, women's hockey players learn to recognize the importance of cultural knowledge, but the athletes and cultural learning situation is not ideal; seventh, Jiangsu women's hockey talents in a relatively narrow way, lack of social security protection system and resettlement policies; eighth, lack the necessary social concern and public opinion.Develppment countermeasures: first, energizes the administration, impoves the management mechanism and makes the management more scientific; second, sets up the guideline of sustainable development; third, creates conditions, actively guiding, promots the popularity of hockey sports; fourth, enhanced level of scientific training; fifth, improve the training support and competitive system; sixth, strengthens the research, opposes the measurements, combines the study and training, promotes the fully development of athletes; seventh, deepens consciousness the of the social security system and affords job opportunities on a more extensive scale.
