Status And Influencing Factors Of Sichuan Women's Hockey Players Train

The globally-watched Beijing Olympic Games has achieved a complete success.In the Beijing Olympics,Chinese Women’s Hockey Team won the runner-up which was the best result of Chinese hockey team in the Olympics historically,also the peak of the development of Chinese hockey career.As the coach and athletes of Chinese Women’s Hockey Team respectively, the coach Yang Hongbing and the athletes Zhang Yimeng with Chen Zhaoxia of Sichuan women’s hockey team took part in the Beijing Olympics. Sichuan Women’s Hockey Team had ever achieved some remarkable results, such as the third in the7th National Games, the runners-up in the8th and9th National Games and the third in the10th National Games,etc.However,with a group of excellent players retiring gradually after the10th National Games, achievements of Sichuan Women’s Hockey Team has been declining gradually, just ranking7th in the11th National Games. Besides,after that,Sichuan Women’s Hockey Team played unsteadily in the National Games with ranking between6th and7th all the time and left a large gap with those top teams in strength even though the whole level of Chinese women’s hockey performance has improved.The essay puts the Sichuan Women’s Hockey Team and its current situation as the subject investigated. Then the thesis makes researches on the athletes of the Sichuan Women’s Hockey Team, its current situation, as well as existed questions and solutions by the way of document-data method,questionnaire investigations, also interviewing method and statistic method etc. Besides, the aim of article is to help the Sichuan Women’s Hockey Team recast resplendence, and provide theoretical foundation for the Team gain good result in the Twelfth National Games.Starting with the current training situation of Sichuan women’s hockey athletes, this thesis investigates their basic information, management, professional development degree of professionalism, perceptions of the environment as well as vocational education,etc.Through the research, we found many problems,for instance, the athletes’ shortage of thinking and understanding, lack of exchanges and cooperation between players, the insufficient attention to the hockey from relevant departments, cultivate concept of emphasizing on training but light on learning, inadequate guarantee of economy, and the incomplete and unscientific system,etc. To solve the above problems,I submit the following countermeasures:first,to transfer the concept,put learning and training in the equal position;second,to increase the support,provide financial insurance for athletes;third,to perfect rules and regulations,promote the development of athletes;last,to strengthen the international communication and cooperation of the team.
