This thesis aims at increasing the forehand technical competence of Chinese teenage tennis players, and then attempts to improve the overall tennis playing level of our country. The study objects of this thesis are six outstanding boy tennis players in Teenager Sports School of Jiangsu Province. Dynamic three-dimensional video recordings of these players were made by two high speed Mega video cameras. By analyzing the technical parameters of these player's forehand topspin ball according to the principles of biomechanics. The thesis draws following conclusions:(1) Because of youth, comparative deficiency of training and shortage of power in legs, the bending degree of the testee's knee-joints is very limited, and the muscles of their legs, thighs in particular, cannot be stretched adequately.(2)The lift of the testee's arm in backswing is not in position, resulting in the failure of a quick and powerful muscle contraction during the stroke.(3)Both the elbow and the wrist participate in the active exertion during forward swing, which is always helpful to enhance the speed of the stroke. But because of being unable to seize the proper opportunity of coordinating the movements, the right elbow usually stretches too early, and the right wrist is usually unstable when hitting the ball, what is more, a few players'wrists become loose during stroke.(4)There is almost no difference in the rotation angles of the shoulders between the testees and the outstanding male tennis players of our country when finishing the backswing, but there is really great difference when hitting the ball.(5)Failing in seizing the proper opportunity of adducting the shoulder joint and actively stretching the elbow joint during the forward swing with forehand, easily leads to the shoulder, the elbow, the wrist and even the arm swing forward as a whole, then the effect of transferring in a proper sequence will be hard to attain.
