Humanism In Urban Leisure Environment

The World Exposition was held in Shanghai in 2010 with the slogan of "Better City Better Life", which is reflected in the preferential treatment of people. But how to achieve the preferential treatment of people is related to the philosophy of humane care, and the construction and design of urban leisure environment is also related. With the improving of people's living standards, people's requirements for life quality have become more sophisticated, the "leisure culture"of the public behavior psychology area gradually came into being, and people's needs of leisure time and leisure content are increasing. Not only in the pursuit of leisure time, but also the quality of leisure environment of cultural exchange and prosperity are gradually become people concerned.Leisure time of residents in large cities is overall growth, leisure becomes more and more important for the stable development of the city, it relates to urban economic development and life quality improving,and also the development of civilization of the society as a whole and urban planning and other aspects. At present, most of the design of leisure environment can not meet all the needs of the people, so the overall development of society and urban space can not match, and people-oriented urban leisure environment is rarer.People living in cities are in the face of many pressures from society, and seeking for a release gave birth to the development of "bar culture", a variety of bars are placed closely side by side. It is not difficult to find that "bar culture" relieves the pressure by the way of catharsis, and it is inevitable has the meaning of taking a hair of the dog that bite you. People living in a modern city are vulnerable to depression, anxiety, depression and other negative emotional disturbance, we need to have a way of leisure with cultural connotations to real comfort our heart, to meet the spiritual needs, to meet the needs of civil servant and white-collar workers who take intellectuals as the representative, and to meet the general public needs represented by the migrant workers and retirees."Humane care" made back in Europe during the Renaissance, it developed from one-sided emphasis on people-centered to not only concerned about ourselves, but also concerned about other people, concerned about now and concerned about the future; not only concerned about the human environment in which people live, but also focus on human ecological environment. The perfection of the means of "Humane care" made it can be applied in the environment. Tokyo, Shanghai, Changchun and Jilin are exploring the practice of combining the local cultural background and the leisure environment with humane care, and this study will summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the practice based on the above data.This paper combines science of social behavior behavior, psychology, demography and environmental science, takes the natural environment and human environment of large and medium cities as the basis to design the leisure environment with humane care with urban characteristics. The author hopes to provide a comfortable leisure environment to promote social development and social harmony.
