Financing Of Public Colleges And Universities In China

Higher education in China has entered the era of mass, the number of university students continues to increase, the scale of the college is also growing, colleges and universities are paid more and more attention. However, the development of colleges and universities in our country, at the same time, is facing many problems, and the most outstanding of them is the shortage in the funding of higher education.As the increasing size of the school, the funding of higher education in China is relatively lack which is far unable to meet the requirements for running colleges and universities, in this case, the universities cannot simply rely on the Government funding. How to raise more funding is the important issue that the universities need to think about.This article analyzes the research about funding of scholars so as to analyze and discuss the changes and method of collecting the funding of higher education. Due to the changes in the system of higher education lead to the evolution of the government funding which is changed from simply relying on government funding of the College to the diversified ways of collecting the funding. This paper analyses that if the Universities want to establish a diversified funding collecting system, they must put themselves in the market economy, and expounded the necessity of introducing collection of higher education funding in China to the marketing. Finally, according to the problem of collecting funding for the higher education that we are facing now or will face in the future, the paper gave some suggestion on the collection of higher education funding.This innovation of the paper is that it gave some methods on solving the problem of collecting the funding for the universities according to the analysis. with the introduction of college financing cases at home and abroad to provide some theoretical and practical support for those measures and, therefore, it has relatively strong operability. University financing is a long-term activity, it requires concerted and coordinated at the national, University and society in order to ease the financing dilemma of the University.
