With the new curriculum reform and quality education gradually advance, people pay more and more attention on teachers'"teaching" and students'"learning", and as the most effective way to promote the combination of both, the reflective teaching is more and more important into the people's perspective, has been widely studied and applied in teaching practice.This paper will study the related theory of reflective teaching on reviewing the extensive literature, elaborated the concept of reflective teaching, analysis of the theoretical basis for reflective teaching, features, content and methods. This paper describes the implementation of the significance of reflective teaching. Combined with my own teaching practice, we put forward the implementation of reflective teaching principles and strategies in middle school in biology.This article total is divided into four parts, including the introduction and three chapters; the author introduces various part of specific content:Partâ… :Introduction. By collecting and analyzing large amounts of materials, we put forward the research methods and significance on the research of present study situation at home and abroad.Chapterâ… :The theoretical basis for reflective teaching. In this chapter, what is the reflective teaching is analyzed, to make reflective teaching critical theory, meta-cognitive theory and adult learning theory, summarized the characteristics of reflective teaching.Chapter II:The implementation of the meaning of reflective teaching and principles. This chapter presents the implementation of reflective teaching should pay attention to the main principle of combining with the group, the principle of combining theory and practice, critical principles and the principle of focusing on the accumulation of four principles, and made several strong operational implementation of reflective teaching strategies.Chapter III:The reflective teaching practice.As the focus of this paper chapters, we studied how to practice the reflective teaching in biology deeply. Firstly, this chapter describes the content of reflective teaching. It includes the reflection on the teaching philosophy of education, the teaching objectives, the teaching content, teaching methods of reflection, etc. It also cites a number of my own teaching experiences. Secondly, a variety of reflective teaching methods are introduced. Finally, select a few cases of reflective teaching practice, we illustrated how to conduct the reflective teaching in biology teaching in secondary schools, specifically how to operate.
