For all sports, Football has the greatest impact in the worldwide and it has the largest number of participants, its competition also is the most intense. European Football League started from 100 years ago, it already has been successfully achieved commercial operation in the middle of last century, and formatted the football industry. In the 1990s, the Italian Football League broadcast came into mainland of China, and it become the first European Football League broadcast in China, and the fans of all Serie A teams have been developed rapidly in China. Even Italian Serie A occurred decline in the past five years, the Italian football league is still the most popular in China.As the most heavyweight Italy's football team---Juventus, this club has a lot of supports in Italy and in the whole world. Since 2006, after "the phone door" problem, the internal of Juventus also had variety of reasons, and encountered a long period downturn. For The team management, operating conditions, the team scores, and the number of fans, Juventus also had problems. Real Madrid and Manchester United, led by Spain & England Football Club had expanded their brand into China which it has the fastest economic growth in the world, But the Italian club Juventus seem don't care of this big "cake", In recent years the Juventus fans of growth is apparent lag behind other several big European clubs.Therefore this article will be on the Juventus team current situation undertakes an analysis, through the MBA learning some of the theory combined with the current running a good club brand strategy, and make a brand strategy in China market. Hope Juventus club will go out of the haze of "Phone door" as soon as possible. And help China's lots of Juventus fans can nearby contact with the familiar the King of Serie A.
