In recent years, the number of college students, who come from rural areas and return home to find employment, is increasing and they have caught people's and the society's attention as a new group. Rural membership college students are a relatively weak social group of employment and they should receive more attention and support. this paper takes social support and social support network theory as a starting point, social capital theory as the supplement, college students who come from rural areas and return home for employment as the research objective. First,the author carried out empirical research, which takes Jvye County of Shandong Province as the example. This county has been developing rapidly because of the policy preference and the development of local coal resources. The author selects 230 college students who return home for employment. They have different reality circumstance, family background and individual abilities. The author obtains the first-hand materials by investigation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on an analysis of summary results of empirical research, we can see that college students from rural areas returning home mainly in the following dilemma:Poor family conditions, A heavier financial burden; Has a relatively weak social capital; Economically underdeveloped of origin, Fewer jobs; Constraints of traditional concepts of employment in rural areas; The employment situation is not good, Their own position is not accurately; The Government lacks attention, Lack of relevant supporting policies.Then, the author describes the real situation of difficult employment for rural membership college students and discovers the social background and economic background of the difficult employment problem through relative theories. In recent years, many scholars draw students The author takes four different angles according to the theory and practice outcomes on college students employment in recent years and puts forward more realistic and detailed measures aiming at strengthening social support. First, First, the government should propose a fundamental, comprehensive and systematic support system, make economic development policies of employment priority and encourage self-employment. Second, colleges and universities should add diversity and practical teaching to enhance student employability on the basis of curriculum and comprehensive ability training. Furthermore, the family, relatives should provide more living and psychological support. Finally, returned college students should have self-reliance, positive attitudes to exercise their ability and accumulate social capital.
