In the process of social development in our country,poverty has always plagued our social progress.Among them,poverty due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness have been the main cause of poverty.Anti-poverty has become a major strategic choice for China to promote economic and social development.Since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed accurate poverty alleviation in 2013,the problem of poverty due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness has received more and more attention.The government,society,experts and scholars have paid attention to poverty caused by disease and poverty alleviation due to illness.The countryside has always been the main front for precision poverty alleviation.With the advancement of precision poverty alleviation,returning to poverty has become a problem of normalization.Because some rural poor households do not have the support of characteristic industries,household income is unstable,and family conditions are repeated and changeable,the poverty alleviation work has repeated entry and exit.Among them,returning to poverty due to illness has become one of the main reasons for returning to poverty.For rural families returning to poverty due to illness,in addition to the necessary material support,spiritual support,psychological counseling and other issues are urgently to be resolved.At present,the social support network of rural families returning to poverty is generally single,most of them are formal social support,and the support methods are mostly unilateral top-down,and informal social support is weak.Therefore,it is especially important to build a social support network with formal support and informal support for rural families returning to poverty.Using the unstructured interview method,literature research method and observation method to analyze the current situation of the social support network of the families returning to poverty in H Town,Zhangye City,and found that there are many shortcomings in the social support of the families returning to poverty in H town,and the formal social support is relatively simple.Both come from the government's poverty alleviation policy,and informal social support is seriously ignored.Based on the theory of social support,the author selects representative cases in H town,carries out the practice of social work involved in the construction of social support network for rural families returning to poverty,improves the social support network of the case,and studies social work in rural areas.The role of family social support network construction.
