The sports industry is closely related to a person's health and entertainment sunrise industry, but it is also a complex industry. Compared to other developed countries, Taiyuan City, the economic underdevelopment of the capital cities, the degree of backward relatively obvious, based on this, how to enhance the Taiyuan City in the core competitiveness of the competition in the sports industry is particularly important. In this study, through the value chain of fitness services and sports tourism industry, to explore the value characteristics of health services and sports tourism industry and between each other factors affecting the development, between the chain type effect system of detailed research and analysis.This study adopted a literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of customer information obtained through questionnaires. To obtain information for statistical analysis using SPSS statistical software, the following conclusions and recommendations:(1) the Taiyuan fitness services and sports tourism in the development of corporate marketing mission, focus on with the market; on the marketing concept focus on the modern marketing concept of customer-centric; fitness services industry in the core business can grasp new market information, to achieve efficient, high-quality product innovation.(2) in terms of customer value, satisfaction of fitness services and sports tourism are relatively high; in marketing, have adopted the provision of long-term preferential policy; in terms of products basically meet the needs of customers, and cover all product categories; market competition between the operators in the processing industry competition can ultimately promote the healthy development of the industry's understanding needed to deepen; a single bit in the distribution channels.(3) Sports and fitness services and sports tourism in the value creation process to a positive marketing communications effects, to jointly promote people's awareness of sports, fitness awareness, health awareness, health awareness, conducive to the spread of lifelong PE thought. The same time, the sense of commitment to corporate social responsibility, choice and brand adapt to the cause of social marketing.And proposed the corresponding recommendations:(1) sports fitness services and sports tourism to establish a dedicated marketing department, rather than a subordinate agency, in a high degree of strategic marketing plan to achieve the value-added of the industry value chain, value creation; in operationconcept, the maximum to meet the needs of customers and cultivate customer loyalty, and increase investment in services and create new value.(2) actively seek the professional cooperation between industries and optimize our business structure, strengthen the industry value chain, promoting integration operation; various departments effective and integrated marketing, more effective implementation of the company's core business.(3) to pay attention to nurture outstanding professional and industry personnel to improve the overall quality of the whole employees, good personnel training mechanism, the whole industry in the sports industry expertise.
